The paper “tourism innovation through relationship marketing and value co-creation: A study on peer-to-peer online platforms for sharing accommodation” discusses the development of innovation in tourism, recognized by hosts of sharing accommodation platforms on the example of Airbnb and the importance of relationship marketing of peer-to-peer business plans to create value co-creation.
